Fletcher View Campground has 11 campsites (all with electric hookups) and is located in the cool mountain air of the of the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area. Even though it’s just 36 miles from Las Vegas, the campground is at 7,000 feet in elevation and offers nice temperatures during the summer.

The campground is open year-round. Amenities include drinking water and flush toilets. Cell service is good in the area. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and small RVs. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grate. Cell service is good in the area.

Fletcher View – Area Recreation

The campground offers a great base camp to explore and hike.  Fletcher Canyon trailhead is nearby, as are trails to Mary Jane Falls, Charleston Peak, Cockscomb Ridge and Fletcher Peak, Echo Overlook and Rainbow Canon. Other activities include picnicking, horseback riding and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in the area include Hilltop, McWilliams and Mahogany Grove. You may also like Red Rock Canyon Campground.
