Lodgepole (Washington) Campground has 28 single-family campsites located next to the American River in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.

The campground is generally open late May to early September. Campground amenities include drinking, vault toilets and trash collection. Cell service is not available in the area. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.

Lodgepole (Mt. Rainier) – Area Recreation

In the summer, visitors can enjoy excellent fishing, rafting, kayaking, hiking, hunting, horseback riding and mountain biking.  Wildlife viewing is also very good in the area. Also, nearby Mount Rainier National Park offers fantastic glimpses of glaciers, subalpine ecology and volcanic landscapes.

Other campgrounds in the area include Silver Springs, Ohanapecosh, La Wis Wis and Cougar Rock.  You may also be interested in Hells Crossing and Pleasant Valley campgrounds.
