Harris Beach State Park Overview

Harris Beach State Park campground is just 1/4 from the beach and has 152 sites including 65 full-hookup sites, 25 with water/electric and 59 tents sites. There are also 6 yurts and hiker/biker sites available.

The campground has drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers($) and a dump station. There’s also a playground, hiking trails and beach picnic areas.

Harris Beach State Park Area Recreation

The Park has the largest island off the Oregon coast. It’s a National Wildlife Sanctuary and breeding site for rare birds. In addition, there’s beautiful sandy beaches and tide pools to explore. Other outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, picnicking and surf fishing. There’s also plenty of wildlife to see including migrating whales, seals, sea birds and other creatures.

Alfred A. Loeb State Park is just 10 miles to the east.
